Founder & Lead Trainer
With over 15 years of experience, Ray leads our training program with a focus on structure, clarity, and communication. Known for his calm, results-driven approach, he's helped countless dogs and owners build lasting trust and balance.
These are our trained dogs who help teach appropriate play and social skills during structured play dates. They're calm, well-socialized, and excellent communicators in the canine world.
Pit Bull • Age 5
Miss Hope is a multi-talented pit bull and certified service dog who plays a key role in our training program. As our lead dog, she helps guide and model behavior for other dogs, ensuring every session reaches the next level of focus and confidence.
Mini Goldendoodle • Age 2
Valentina is the newest member of our pack and a dedicated training dog. Intelligent, eager, and affectionate, she's quickly mastering new skills and helping demonstrate calm, structured behavior alongside our senior dogs.
Our walkers aren't just exercise providers—they're trained professionals who reinforce training on every 1-on-1 walk.

Miguel is an expert dog walker trained by Ray and known for his calm, reliable approach with every dog he handles. A lifelong dog lover and fitness enthusiast, he brings energy and consistency to each walk and specializes in working with high-energy and reactive dogs.
Operations & Management
Rodrigo manages operations and strategy at New York Dog Trainer. A lifelong pit bull lover, he joined the team after seeing the results of the program firsthand with his own dog, Lunar.
